Omex has just released it’s new ‘Direct to Head’ throttle bodies for the the Citroen / Peugeot TU5 16V 1600cc engine, as used in the Citroen Saxo and Peugeot 106.

The direct to head bodies provide the best possible fit on a standard Saxo/106 car when used with the recommended 40mm length airhorns (available extra). Various additional lengths are also available as options.

The throttle bodies have a 42mm butterfly and taper from the 45mm diameter airhorns all the way to the head flange. The injectors are on top of the bodies and the linkage can be fitted either on top or underneath the body. The large capacity Teflon coated fuel rail can be fitted with several different styles of end depending on the application.

Special Omex features include billet aluminium machined levers and linkages, OEM specification throttle position sensor and non-stick coatings of all billet aluminium parts for longevity.
